This program helps individuals develop emotional regulation skills that reduce overwhelm and support everyday stability — before stress escalates into crisis.

It is delivered through:

The Emotional Regulation & Daily Calm program is designed for young people, frontline workers, and individuals experiencing early signs of stress or burnout.

The Foundation delivers this program in partnership with schools, community organisations, and workplaces.

Simple digital tools may be used to reinforce daily practice, but the focus remains on education, skill-building, and accessibility — not technology.
